3. Conclusion of contract<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The customer's order is deemed to be a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract for the ordered goods. The purchase contract is concluded when the seller either expressly accepts the order or actually fulfils it by dispatching the ordered goods, in each case within 14 days of receipt by the seller. The automatic transmission of the order confirmation by email is purely for informational purposes and does not yet constitute acceptance of the offer.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

4. Prices \/ Shipping costs <\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Prices include statutory VAT. Shipping costs for delivery addresses in Austria: Orders with a value of EUR 30.00 or more are delivered free of charge. (For orders up to a value of EUR 29.99, the shipping cost is EUR 5.00)<\/p>

Delivery charges for delivery addresses outside Austria
For delivery addresses outside of Austria, delivery is only available against payment in advance. Within the EU, a shipping fee of EUR 15.00 is charged. Delivery is made via parcel service or Austrian Post.<\/p>

The prices in the online shop are without guarantee; typing errors or price increases by publishers and distributors are reserved. An incorrectly stated price may be revoked by us at any time prior to the complete conclusion of the transaction (payment and delivery of the goods). Should you not wish to complete the transaction at the current correct price and payment has already been made, we will refund the purchase price (without charges or compensation for damages).<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

5. Ordering and Collection<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Unless otherwise agreed, ordered items must be collected from our bookshop within 8 weeks of the collection notice being issued (email, SMS, phone call) during our opening hours. Otherwise, we reserve the right to cancel the order in question without further notice.<\/p>

If the order has been paid for in full or in part in advance, the items will be kept for a maximum of twelve weeks.<\/p>

Books and other items can be ordered for inspection upon request, which means: by arrangement, books may be ordered without obligation so that you can view them on the premises of the bookshop and are not obliged to purchase the item you have ordered, provided it is delivered undamaged. However, this requires our explicit consent before initiating the ordering process, as the return conditions vary for different items and deliveries.<\/p>

As ordering and returning books causes costs and effort for us, our environment and others, we reserve the right not to issue a cash refund when an item is exchanged or returned. Cash refunds are only permitted in exceptional cases. Refunds will be issued in the form of a credit note, a voucher to the value of the returned item, or an exchange for an item of the same value as the one returned by the customer.<\/p>

We and our affiliated suppliers do our best to ensure that you receive your orders on time. However, errors can happen here too. We thank you for your understanding. For orders placed by 12:30 pm, delivery to the bookshop is normally made on the next working day.<\/p>
