If you withdraw from a contract of sale, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same means of payment for this repayment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees for this repayment.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having dispatched the goods, whichever is the earlier. You shall send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation of this contract to us. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

There is no right of cancellation for contracts for the supply of DVDs, CDs, or Blu-rays if the delivered items have been unsealed by the consumer, nor for contracts for newspapers and magazines.

Note: The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts for the delivery of digital content not on a physical medium (e.g. eBooks or audiobook downloads) if the customer has expressly agreed to the performance of the contract beginning before the expiry of the withdrawal period and has confirmed their knowledge that their agreement causes them to lose their right of withdrawal upon commencement of the contract's performance.
